TRADITIONAL YANG SHORT FORM CLASS

The 60 Movements (Yang Short Form) are taught in all of the Beginner classes.
Movement Form (with a WCCC Teacher)
(A) 7:45 P.M. to 8:45 P.M.
MID-DAY TAI CHI
(B1) 12:30 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.
(E) 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
Refining the 60 movements, energy focus, and breathing coordination.
(F) 7:15 P.M. to 8:15 P.M.
Refining the 60 movements, energy focus and breathing coordination all with form applications.
(G) 8:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
A class to demonstrate the use of the form in a self-defense situation.
(H) 6:45 P.M. to 7:45 P.M.
(I) 7:45 P.M. to 8:45 P.M.
Two Person Training for rooting, balance, sensitivity, body-mind coordination and neutralization.
(K) 6:45 P.M. to 7:45 P.M.
Self-defense training under close supervision with protective gear.
(X) 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
(L) 8:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
(M) 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
Practice for select members.
